This Teacher Trainee will be responsible for:
Shift/Hours:
** This position is eligible for an Employee Referral Bonus. **
- Supporting the teaching team in implementing educational programs and lesson plans that align with EEC regulations and developmental milestones.
- Actively participating in group/story/circle time activities to encourage children's active involvement and learning.
- Collaborating with the teaching team in creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and development.
- Learning from the teaching team’s expertise and guidance, gaining valuable experience and teaching skills in early childhood education.
- Working collaboratively with the team of teachers to maintain the required classroom ratio and provide individualized attention to each child.
- Engaging actively with children during activities and learning centers to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assisting in preparing and serving snacks, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma.
- Must be attending a Human Growth and Development class
Shift/Hours:
- Temporary -40/hours per week.
- Shift/hours (Varies)
