About the Job
What you will do:
- Assist with the prep and filing of quarterly state income tax estimates and extensions.
- Assist with maintaining accurate state apportionment schedules.
- Assist with the prep and filing of state separate and combined corporate income and franchise tax returns for multiple domestic legal entities.
- Assist with the state tax provision computation.
- Research business issues as well as assisting with the tracking of state tax law changes.
- Assist in the resolution of state tax notices as well as interacting with various state tax authorities.
- Assist with data gathering for various state income tax audit responses.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
