Job Details
Our client, a leading finance industry player, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Supervisor/Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tax compliance process for high-net-worth individuals and complex corporate tax returns. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual and corporate tax returns
- Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies for clients
- Manage client relationships and communicate tax-related issues to clients
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations to identify potential tax savings opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns
- Provide tax advice and support to clients on various tax-related matters
Qualifications:
- CPA in CA required
- 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex corporate tax returns
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
