We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to join our team, a role that represents a critical leadership position in our organization. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing teams to achieve success, working collaboratively with clients, and offering expert insights into accounting, finance, and taxation. This opportunity is ideal for someone with over 5 years of experience in public accounting, combined with an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they meet client expectations and achieve their performance objectives.
Oversee and execute complex accounting, auditing, and financial projects, providing expert guidance to clients.
Review financial statements, tax returns, and other client deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their financial and business needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and emerging accounting and financial trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
Collaborate with partners and managers to develop business and service strategies, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
Strong technical knowledge in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
A strong commitment to professional growth and development.
