Who: gpac is partnered with a boutique public accounting firm located in Denver, Colorado, and an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA. They provide Advisory, Tax Compliance, and Accounting Services to well-established small and mid-sized businesses, across the country. Their best success is realized when they integrate their team and their services to support clients with pass-through entities in real estate, construction, manufacturing, and various other industries to maximize tax efficiency for their principals.

Compensation: D.O.E. –
- Tax Senior – $75k to $95k
- Tax Manager – $95k to $125k+
- Tax Director – Up to $200k+
Bonuses: Base + Bonus model that rewards excellence. Remote work is an option. Dog Friendly office!

Tax Senior – Denver, CO – $75k to $95k
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field as well as an active CPA license, or the willingness to obtain within 12‐months.
- 3 + years of relevant income tax experience with advanced understanding of: S‐Corp basis, partnership allocations, tax liability analysis, and planning.
- Advanced technical tax skills with a focus on pass through entities and their principals, especially with real estate expertise in 1031s, TICs, QOZ/Fs, funds, and investment syndications.
- 1041 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communications.
- Strong general ledger experience preferred.
- Advanced technology proficiency with expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Recent experience using CCH ProSystems Fx or Axcess.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever‐changing environment.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of moving things forward to positive end results
- Ability to excel in a high‐impact position within a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment.
Tax Manager – Denver, CO – $95k to $125k+
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field as well as an active CPA license, or the willingness to obtain within 12-months.
- 5 + years of relevant income tax experience with advanced understanding of: S-Corp basis, partnership allocations, tax liability analysis, and planning.
- Advanced technical tax skills with a focus on pass through entities and their principals, especially with real estate expertise in 1031s, TICs, QOZ/Fs, funds, and investment syndications.
- 1041 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communications.
- Advanced technology proficiency with expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Tax Director – Denver, CO – $125k to $200k
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field as well as an active CPA license
- 10 + years of relevant income tax experience with advanced understanding of: S-Corp basis, partnership allocations, tax liability analysis, and planning.
- Advanced technical tax skills with a focus on pass through entities and their principals, especially with real estate expertise in 1031s, TICs, QOZ/Fs, funds, and investment syndications.
- 1041 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communications.
- Top-level client relationship skills.
- Advanced technology proficiency with expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Recent experience using CCH ProSystems Fx or Axcess.
