About the Job

Kforce's client, a Tax Service and Wealth Management company in Boston, MA is in search of a Tax Senior. This company offers a chance to work on unique and interesting work and collaborate with some of the best people in the industry. In addition to preparing a variety of Tax returns and providing tax planning, the Tax Senior will be involved with some tax related projects, including:

Estate Planning - Working with law firms
Cash Management/Treasury
Portfolio Reviews - Investments portfolio reviews
Private Equity Investments - (i.e. direct investment into Corp)
Philanthropic Investments - Direct conversation with the non-profits
Real Estate Transactions

Requirements:

BS in Accounting
CPA/MST/EA highly preferred
3-7 years of tax experience
Familiar with a broad range of tax: corporate, partnership, HNW individuals
Highly motivated to work autonomously
PC proficient

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
