SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility will be partnership tax returns, filing K-1’s, and work with Pass-through entities.
- Preparation and review of partnership, S corporation, individual and fiduciary tax returns.
- Maintain company’s tax records and tax Calendar.
- Track investor tax basis.
- Tax research and compliance.
- Selected month-end activities, journal entries, accruals, & reconciliations.
- Research and analysis of various tax issues
- Preparation and review of quarterly/annual tax projections
- Various tax projects in the areas of federal and state income tax, property tax, and tax planning.
- Assist with Indirect tax for Sales & Use, property tax, unclaimed property.
- Position is Onsite located in Irvine
Requirements:
- On track for CPA a plus
- Current work experience with Real Estate Partnerships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Strong accounting and analytical skills
- Position can pay $90k - 110k base range
