We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing tax compliance and consulting for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely filings while providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1041, 709, 706)
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), S Corporations, C Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Conduct research on various tax issues and provide guidance on tax implications for clients
- Assist in the management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in tax preparation and compliance
- Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax software and accounting systems
- Preferred: CPA or EA certification
- Proficiency in handling various tax forms including 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1041, 709, 706
- Salary $80K-$110K/yr DOE
