Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in public accounting and possess a strong technical background in taxation. This is an onsite position that requires the candidate to work closely with clients and team members to provide exceptional tax services.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare tax returns for S Corp, C Corp, Partnership, Trust+Estate, and HNWI clients
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance issues
- Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm through business development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Experience working with S Corp, C Corp, Partnership, Estate, and HNWI clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
