Compensation:
- Tax Senior Manager: $150,000–$190,000/year
- Tax Manager: $115,000–$150,000/year

Position Overview
A well-established firm with over 40 offices in the Midwest and West regions is seeking a Tax Senior Manager and a Tax Manager to join its Tustin, CA, office. These roles will lead tax services for clients across multiple industries, including healthcare, dental, professional services, real estate, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidates will have strong public accounting tax experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. These roles offer a hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities for professional growth and access to a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee tax preparation, planning, and compliance for clients across a variety of industries.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stay informed on evolving tax regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and advising clients on best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex tax issues while presenting practical solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
- Read and interpret financial statements to provide accurate and insightful tax advice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Certification:
- Active CPA license required.
- Experience:
- 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with exposure to healthcare, dental, professional services, real estate, or manufacturing industries.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
- Work Authorization:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
