Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws, identifying potential tax savings opportunities.
- Assist clients with tax planning and research to minimize tax liabilities.
- Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members and interns in tax-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations that may impact clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
