Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and strategy in accordance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports, returns, and related documents for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify and resolve tax-related issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Accountant (CTA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax planning, tax preparation, and financial accounting.
- Profound knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
