Qualifications You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
• 3+ years of recent experience in tax within a public accounting firm.
• Expertise with individuals, partnerships, and S corporations, including familiarity with 1040 forms and review processes.
• QuickBooks proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with clear and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and review tax returns meticulously, ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
• Apply complex tax principles to diverse client situations and transactions.
• Contribute to tax planning and research for intricate matters.
• Mentor and guide entry-level staff and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
