As a Tax Senior, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
2. Conducting detailed tax research and planning to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
3. Providing tax advisory services to clients, including strategic tax planning and risk management.
4. Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality tax services and meet client expectations.
5. Liaising with tax authorities and representing clients in tax audits and disputes.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Tax Senior role will have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on high net worth individuals and nonprofit organizations.
3. In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations, as well as experience in tax planning and compliance.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and provide clear and concise advice to clients.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client information.
7. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
