SALARY: $90-120k DOE

LOCATION: Gainesville, FL or Ponte Vedra, FL (Onsite)

Description

The tax senior is responsible for participating in tax planning, performing tax research, preparing moderate and complex tax returns, and other duties as assigned. You will have direct exposure to clients and perform a variety of different services, including corporate tax compliance, tax consulting for complex tax structures, and more. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives within a team environment and has a high interest in professional development.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting

4+ years of tax preparation experience, preferably recent

A CPA license (or a CPA candidate)

A great attitude, a drive to be successful, and a desire for excellence in client service

Strong oral and written communication skills

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A strong desire for continued learning and professional advancement

Excellent attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and organizational skills
