We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and advisory services for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of both domestic and international tax regulations, as well as proficiency in tax software and accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, International, partnerships, and corporations.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, focusing on international tax issues.
- Assist clients with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Research and analyze tax issues to provide accurate guidance and solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service and accuracy in tax filings.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact clients.
- Utilize accounting software such as Ultra Tax, Pro Systems, and Quickbooks to streamline tax preparation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA/EA certification perferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, and corporate taxation.
- Experience with international tax issues is a plus.
- Proficient in tax software including Ultra Tax and Pro Systems.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
