- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our tax solutions products and services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
