PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $16 -$ 17.50/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As Tax Processors, you will:
- Review and Assembly of Tax Documents.
- Verify required elements of tax documents, including matching of name, account number, Tax IDs, signature, etc.
- Assembly of tax returns upon completion of verifying elements.
- Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities.
- Scanning documents using proprietary software program for incoming tax documentation.
- Mail using a postage machine to weigh and post individual and multiple mailings.
Skills:
- Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment
- Accurate data-review skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational, written and communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing policies and procedures
- Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- Strong focus on customer service
- Flexible working overtime (including weekends) during peak seasons
- Must have strong Customer Service abilities.
- Have at least a HS Diploma or GED at the minimum.
