Job Description:

  We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Cost Basis Team. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, researching cost basis discrepancies, and updating tax lot records in the Global Tax Lots system. This role ensures accurate reporting of covered securities to the IRS.

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Process updates and research cost basis issues submitted via service portals and email.


• Investigate and resolve transactional breaks requiring manual updates.


• Provide efficient support to internal business partners and clients.


• Ensure compliance with IRS rules and regulations.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Detail-oriented with experience handling financial records.


• Willingness to work overtime during tax season (Jan–Apr).

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).


• Understanding of IRS regulations and reporting standards.

Experience: 1+ years preferred in financial operations, tax reporting, or related areas.
