Our client, a Medium Sized CPA Firm in the Boston area, seeks a Tax Partner/Principal to join their team. This Firm has grown rapidly over the last several years with continued growth expected going forward creating this opportunity. The Individual should have experience with Middle Market clients in industries including but not limited to Real Estate, Professional Services, Closely Held Businesses and Private Equity. This is an Excellent "Work/Life" balance opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing and executing complex tax engagements
- Communicate directly with clients and build/manage client relationships
- Lead, direct, and mentor Tax Department to provide timely client service to ensure client retention
- For Principals, provide Partners with timely information on all Tax issues
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience, CPA or MST preferred with relevant work experience in Public Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of applicable tax codes and demonstrated commitment to pursuing timely understanding of changes to the tax code is required
- Demonstrated experience with overseeing Individuals reviewing tax returns for S Corp/C Corps, Partnerships, and High Net Worth Individuals is required as well as; multi-state and/or international tax experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and client facing capability
- New Business Development experience to enhance continued growth of Firm
