Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Manage Tax Engagements: Deliver tax planning, advisory, and compliance services.
• Tax Preparation & Review: Handle a variety of tax returns for businesses and individuals, while preparing concise tax workpapers.
• Mentorship & Development: Guide and develop tax staff in a collaborative team environment.
• Client Service & Relationship Building: Provide consulting, exceptional service, and cultivate professional client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree a plus).
• Experience: 4 years of recent public accounting tax experience with a demonstrated progression in responsibility.
• Licensing: CPA license preferred.
• Skills: Strong tax knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks & ProSystem fx are a plus).
