Tax Manager - Phaxis LLC

A boutique accounting firm, founded in 1990 as an alternative to a national firm.5 kocations in Florida is looking for a Tax Manager and/or Senior Tax Manager. The firm offers tax planning and preparation, auditing and accounting, and QuickBooks assistance to small and medium size business'¿ at competitive prices without sacrificing quality.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum)
• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience
• Experience with corporate, partnership, individual, non-profits or trust tax accounting
• Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and escalating issues as they arise
• Ability to self-direct and manage multiple deadlines
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Client Suite of Products and Microsoft Office products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Tax Manager will lead a team in preparation and reviewing returns while coaching and developing various levels of employees in a location. The Tax Manager will also have client facing responsibilities to ensure the office continues to grow.

Compensation: $140,000 - 160,000
