Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tax compliance process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients
- Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations to stay up-to-date on changes and effectively advise clients
- Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies and compliance efforts
- Provide tax audit support for clients, including representing them before tax authorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters
Qualifications:
- CPA certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations
- Experience supervising and mentoring a team of tax professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
