What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to minimize their tax liabilities
- Provide guidance and support to clients on various tax issues, including corporate, individual, and international taxation
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify potential tax savings opportunities
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify changes that may impact clients
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters
- Collaborate with other professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
What You Need To Be Successful:
- CPA or EA license highly preferred; on-track to earn either license required
- 5+ years experience in tax management/accounting
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in tax planning and compliance
- Proven experience in financial planning, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience in using accounting software such as Quickbooks and CCH Axcess
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including estate law
- Experience in conducting financial audits and providing recommendations for improvement

Compensation:
- $110,000 - $130,000 + bonus opportunities
- Final offer of compensation to successful candidates will depend on qualifications and experience.
