Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Tax Planning: Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for clients in alignment with their business objectives.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements, providing accurate and timely submissions.
- Client Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on tax implications, financial strategies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor tax department staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and tailoring services accordingly.
- Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, conducting research and analysis to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Experience: Significant experience in tax management, demonstrating a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
