Tax Manager - Tax Senior (cpa firm) - NY / NJ / NC / Hybrid / Remote at CPA firm

Regional CPA firm seeking to add a Tax Manager and Tax Senior. for its staff.

This position can be located in  NY / NJ / NC / Hybrid / Remote 

Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for directing multiple engagements

• Provide clients with Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting for corporate, partnership and individual returns

• Provide oversight and direction to team of tax specialists in the delivery of tax services.

• Initiate and present effective tax planning strategies for a diverse range of middle market clients.

• Research and report on trends and developments concerning complex domestic and international tax issues.

• Build existing and new client relationships

Qualifications

• CPA

• Candidates should have a minimum five to seven years experience in public accounting

• Heavy experience with review

• Broad experienced with taxation

  • Individual

  • Partnership

  • S-Corp

  • C-Corp

  •  and HNW  taxation.  

• Experience with Trusts & Estates taxation a plus

• (2) years experience as a tax manager
