  Responsibilities:
• Overseeing tax advisory services and compliance for pass-through entities across a diverse range of for-profit industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Professional Services.
• Proficient in researching tax-related matters and providing written correspondence, with a deep understanding of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
• Independently developing, building, and managing client relationships, including handling Billing and Collections.
• Representing RGCO in the professional and business community with a strong, positive attitude.
• Participating in the proposal process for prospective clients.
• Assisting in the management, development, and training of professional tax staff.
• Experienced in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in advocating for and providing strategic direction for our Firm by participating in committees focused on client and staff development and operations.
• Possessing excellent supervisory, team building, and time management skills.

Qualifications required:

• 7 years or more of relevant experience in public accounting tax including technical tax consulting and research
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA license required
