We are a small 20 person firm in St Paul looking to grow our tax team. The average tenure of our employees is 15.5yrs!
What You Will Be Doing
Works with the tax team to prepare and review tax returns (90% review)Handles routine client tax questions, and works with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance
Completes research and other special assignments/tasks as needed
Recognizes and informs senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients
Ensures professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate
Stays informed about firm capabilities other than tax compliance area, and promotes these activities to clients when appropriate
What You Need for this Position
8+ years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
2+ years reviewing business tax: Partnerships, S-Corp, Corp
CPA license, Enrolled Agent
B.S in Accounting or related degree
