About the Role:
- As a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, you have the chance to join our expanding team. This role is a springboard for career growth, aimed at those ready to take their Tax Management expertise to the next level. Initially remote, this position will transition to an on-site role in Boston, requiring candidates to be locally based.
*Remote Opportunity - Must reside within driving distance of Philadelphia, NY or Boston*
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Contribute to our team by mentoring and developing staff.
- Client Management: Oversee client engagements and foster relationships.
- Tax Expertise: Handle the review/preparation of federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns, and manage income tax provisions under ASC 740.
- Consulting and Research: Offer guidance on tax matters including state, local, domestic, and international issues affecting our clientele.
What You Need to Bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years in federal and state income tax return preparation, with 1-2 years in review roles.
- Certification: CPA license required.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx Engagement is preferred.

- Our client base primarily consists of foreign-owned U.S. subsidiaries from German-speaking countries, across various sectors like manufacturing, technology, distribution, and fashion.
