Job Details
Required Experience:
- Experienced in preparation and review of complex partnership, corporate, estate and individual returns
- Communication - Provide regular progress reports to Managers and Partners. Ongoing communication with staff and partners in support of our
positive, family-friendly culture.
- Positive influence on others while working closely together in a team environment
- High level consulting projects - Ability to assist Managers and Partners.
- Development of staff - Delegate and provide training & performance feedback.
- Client communication - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client personnel.
- Resourceful – Find ways to solve problems and address issues as they arise. Open to receiving assistance and constructive feedback when
needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years recent public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited 4-year University preferred.
- Licensed CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Enrolled Agent or commitment to become E.A. accepted
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of the following programs: Excel, Word, Adobe, QuickBooks online, with Thompson Reuters Ultra Tax, Advance Flow,
