Job Summary/Overview: The Tax Manager/Senior Manager is a key role responsible for managing and delivering tax services to clients. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to provide solutions, and a commitment to team leadership and development.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate recommendations and implement solutions to technical tax issues.
• Effectively share technical expertise and contribute to building the firm's technical knowledge base.
• Stay up-to-date on current technical knowledge through continuous training and development.
• Understand and promote the firm's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize staff management and training skills to promote efficient firm operations.
• Stay informed about economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential tax legislation impacting the business environment.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that recognizes employees as the firm's greatest asset.
• Develop team members to their fullest potential, empowering them to provide exceptional client service.
• Prioritize building collaborative relationships with clients as a cornerstone of the business.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Benefits: Full Benefits package

Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 Per Year
