About the Job
Paradigm is seeking a Tax Manager to join our client, located in San Francisco, CA. In this vital role, you will lead complex tax projects for high-net-worth individuals and various corporate entities, maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional tax services.

Location: San Francisco, CA | Onsite 1st year, Hybrid from then on

Requirements
Our skills and wish list experience includes:
- CPA Certification Required: Proven experience in managing complex tax issues related to partnerships, trusts, S and C corps.
- Desired Experience: Minimum 3 years in a public accounting firm, with a strong background in strategic tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and large businesses.
- High-Net-Worth Individuals: Handling personal tax forms such as 1040 and related schedules.
- Partnerships: Preparing and reviewing Form 1065.
- Trusts: Managing Form 1041.
- S Corps and C Corps: Overseeing corporate tax forms 1120S for S Corps and 1120 for C Corps.
- Charitable Contributions: Knowledge of relevant tax deductions and benefits.
- Skills: Proficiency in major tax software, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
