Tax Manager - JCW

About the Role:

JCW is partnered with a financial services firm seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join their tax team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in partnership taxation, with a solid understanding of complex structures and compliance requirements. If you have international tax exposure, that will set you apart, as this role involves collaborating across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for partnership entities.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provisions.
• Support compliance and reporting for international transactions and cross-border activities.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in partnership tax, preferably in a public accounting or financial services environment.
• International tax exposure is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
