Job Details
Client-Centric Approach: Facilitate the entire client process, from planning to project conclusion, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Leadership Responsibilities: Schedule assignments, supervise staff, mentor associates, and review the work of staff-level associates.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical tax consultation skills and possess knowledge of roles and technical skills essential for the work.
Interpersonal Skills: Utilize solid interpersonal and communication skills to excel in client interactions and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 150 credit hours or a Master’s Degree in accounting.
CPA certification and a minimum of five years of tax experience are required.
Skilled in using Microsoft software and proficient in Windows environments.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail, meticulous and thorough work approach, and familiarity with Accounting and Tax Preparation Software.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients and business partners.
Project and team management capabilities.
