Our client, a national real estate company headquartered in Phoenix, is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee comprehensive tax compliance and support their continued expansion across U.S. and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance:
  • Manage all aspects of tax compliance for U.S. and Canadian operations.
  • Lead complex tax filing processes and compliance initiatives across multi-state jurisdictions.
• Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations to support organizational growth.
• Operational Efficiency:
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee meticulous financial reporting to support business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting.
• Certifications:
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress).
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of tax experience, ideally in a multi-state compliance environment.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in tax software and reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 per year.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package provided.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, with one remote day per week (after 90 days).
