Our team helps our clients develop, design & implement plans to achieve their personal wealth goals & maintenance for future generations. **Job Requirements and Preferences** : **Basic Qualifications** : **Minimum Degree Required** : Bachelor Degree **Required Fields of Study** : Accounting **Minimum Years of Experience** : 5 year(s) **Certification(s) Required** : CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity **Preferred Qualifications** : **Preferred Knowledge/Skills** : Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success consulting with high net worth individuals on some of the following areas: + Individual income tax planning; + Financial planning; + Wealth transfer planning; + Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and, + Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs: + Individual income tax planning; + Financial planning; + Wealth transfer planning; + Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and, + Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities. + Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; + Communicating value propositions; + Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and, + Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
