• US-based branches of overseas companies, often from German-speaking nations

• Diverse clientele spanning industries like manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion

???????Role

•Join their leadership team, contributing to the training, development, and mentoring of personnel

• Supervise client engagements and cultivate client relationships

• Assess, and possibly create, federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns

• Evaluate, and potentially generate, income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740

• Support tax research and consultation on widespread state, local, domestic, and international issues encountered by our clients.

• Up to $170k package perhaps more for an exceptional candidate
