We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a crucial role in managing and directing all aspects of our tax operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax planning and review, with a particular focus on high net worth individuals and nonprofit organizations. The Permanent Tax Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic tax planning and compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of tax planning and review, with a particular focus on high net worth individuals and nonprofit organizations.
4. Strong understanding of state and federal tax regulations and laws.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
9. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
