We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our Finance industry team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best tax solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with partnerships, HNW, and individual tax.

Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our Finance industry team. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best tax solutions
- Provide tax advice and support to clients on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Assist with tax audits and appeals
- Identify tax planning opportunities for clients
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Work with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Handle complex tax issues and provide solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in tax management
- Experience with partnerships, HNW, and individual tax
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
