Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the firm's tax practice, ensuring exceptional client service, and developing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality work products and timely delivery of services
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand services and increase revenue
• Providing technical expertise and consulting services to clients on tax matters
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of success in developing and growing client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and technology

Tax Manager Compensation:

• $100,000-$150,000
• Excellent benefits package
