Job Details

• Prepare and review of Corps, Partnerships, & Individual returns
• Review and oversee tax returns, managing client engagements from scheduling to technical issues
• Supervise and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, focusing on development and technical guidance
• Build and sustain client relationships through outstanding service and communication
• Ensure timely completion of engagements, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging high standards and team success
