Job Details
Tax Compliance: Prepare business (including Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065) and individual income tax returns, ensuring compliance and effective business planning.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements to support timely decision-making.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
Department Management: Oversee the Accounting Services department, establishing and maintaining efficient procedures.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level staff and interns, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:
Current CPA certification required.
5+ years of prior tax preparation experience.
Profound knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Familiarity with GAAP and other special-purpose financial frameworks.
Exceptional teamwork, ethics, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Commitment to quality and timeliness in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various tax and accounting software (including CCH products, Creative Solutions products, and research tools).
