1. Overseeing the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships, S corps, Individuals, + HNW Individuals.
2. Leading the tax planning process and ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
3. Managing relationships with external tax consultants and auditors.
4. Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
5. Collaborating with other departments to develop tax-efficient strategies for business operations.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations, and advising management on the impact of new laws on the company.
