Job Details
We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax management, CPA certification, and a proven track record of success in the field. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tax compliance process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings for our clients
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on tax-related matters, including tax laws, regulations, and policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all tax-related matters
- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise
- Stay up-to-date on new tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are in compliance with all applicable requirements
Qualifications:
- CPA certification OR EA
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and policies, as well as experience with tax planning and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
