We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager (Hybrid) to join our fast-paced finance team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, catering to the ever-evolving work environment. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing all tax-related functions and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, S-corps, C-corps, and non-profit organizations.
2. Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
3. Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, taking into account their specific financial situations and goals.
4. Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance at all times.
5. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability.
6. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits and investigations.
7. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on tax preparation and compliance.
8. Resolve complex tax issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
10. Prepare and present tax reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review, preferably in a public accounting firm.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with tax preparation for high-net-worth individuals, S-corps, C-corps, and non-profit organizations.
4. Proficiency in tax software and other financial management tools.
5. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
7. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of training and developing staff.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality work.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
