As a Tax Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and managing all tax operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Providing comprehensive tax planning services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and private clients.
- Conducting thorough reviews of tax returns and financial statements, identifying potential tax savings, and mitigating tax risks.
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service, and resolving complex tax issues.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are well-prepared for any changes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Tax Senior Manager role should possess the following qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax accounting.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and private clients.
- Extensive knowledge of fiduciary matters, and experience in providing strategic tax planning services.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
