Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Conduct thorough tax planning to support the company's financial goals, identifying potential tax credits and savings.
- Provide expert tax advice to company leadership, helping to guide strategic decision-making and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes that may impact the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in tax
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

- Proficient in tax preparation and accounting software.
