Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our growing Firm. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to our clients. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible tax advice and guidance. This position is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities
- Assist with tax planning and compliance for real estate transactions
- Communicate with clients and provide tax guidance and advice
- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
- Supervise and mentor junior tax associates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification required
- 3+ years of experience in tax accounting or tax consulting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with real estate tax is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
