Job Details
- Supervise and coordinate multiple tax projects, ensuring top-quality services for our clientele.
- Perform comprehensive tax research, strategy, and compliance tasks for a range of clients.
- Validate tax returns and conduct projections for quarterly and year-end income tax.
- Guide, mentor, and foster growth among staff members, which includes providing timely feedback and conducting annual performance evaluations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to offer expertise and solutions to clients.
- Foster and maintain exceptional client relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with changes and prospective alterations in tax policy and legislation.
- Contribute actively to business growth, attracting new clients, and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Advanced degree in Taxation is advantageous.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- At least 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation; Prior managerial experience is preferred.
- Robust technical skills in tax preparation and accounting.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
- Superb client service skills and a knack for developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools.
