Job Details
- Maintain and elevate client relationships concerning daily tax operations, aiding senior members in broadening service scopes with current clients.
- Actively lead and contribute to tax and compliance initiatives tailored for mid-market clients.
- Provide insights on technical aspects and distinct projects in corporate and accounting-tax sectors, focusing on outcomes for business owners.
- Dive deep into tax-related research, address inquiries from tax authorities as needed, and put forward actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with specialty tax branches on intricate tax issues spanning state, local, and international realms, including tax incentives.
- Offer insights for operational and procedural enhancements based on understanding of client's business model and goals.
- Prioritize effective communication and proactive relationship-building with clients to ensure unparalleled service.
- Partner with senior members in proposal developments and business expansion discussions.
- Mentor, oversee, and guide the team, playing an active role in their professional growth; be involved in their evaluation processes.
- Direct projects and engagements to meet specified revenue and profitability goals, including managing client budgets and billing procedures.
- Commit to personal growth by attending training sessions and networking events both within and outside the organization.
- Aid in recruitment processes, endorse experienced professionals for potential roles, and participate in the Employee --Referral Reward Program.
- Exemplify excellent teamwork, a positive demeanor, and the highest moral principles.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Licensed CPA status.
- Over seven years of professional service experience in tax and accounting, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in reviewing corporate, multi-state, individual, and flow-through entity tax returns.
- Demonstrable skills in management, analysis, organization, project handling, interpersonal relations, and communication.
